We are looking for an experienced Residential Painter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience painting high-end residential homes, both interior and exterior, and take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and paint high-end residential interiors and exteriors.
- Perform all aspects of surface preparation, including sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming.
- Apply paints, stains, enamels, and specialty coatings using a variety of application methods.
- Operate and maintain painting equipment, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other professional tools.
- Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and finish.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, customers, and project managers throughout each project.
- Identify and resolve issues while maintaining project timelines.
Qualifications
- Required: Proven experience painting high-end residential homes, including both interior and exterior projects.
- Proficient in all paint application methods, including brush, roller, and spray applications.
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques and premium paint products.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and project managers.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to lift, climb ladders, work from scaffolding, and perform physically demanding tasks safely.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
